Purchasing a holiday home is a big decision and can be quite daunting. Even though you will be able to escape to your holiday home in North Wales whenever you want, you are bound to have a few questions. We have collated some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we are often asked here at Bryn Morfydd Lodge Park, which we hope will be useful.

Subject to availability, there is always flexibility in procuring a lodge, by arrangement with our team, come and speak to us.
The park has a recreational licence, however you can make use of your lodge 365 days of the year. You will need to demonstrate that you have another alternative residential address.
Yes you can by arrangement with the park who can also provide a complete managed service, meaning you can relax and enjoy hassle free income.
The licence for our lodges is 50 years.
Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs. It is a fantastic area for dogs to walk and they are very welcome!
Yes, there are hard standing car ports for 2 vehicles next to each lodge.
The season is 12 months – the park is open all year round 365 days.
Yes, there is excellent optical fibre into lodge connection for all lodges on our park.
Yes, all of our lodges have decking.
Yes, you will need insurance. We can advise on this.
We don’t have in house finance available, however we can help you to find specialist lenders.
Yes there is a 10 year gold shield manufacturers warranty.
The charges for utilities are metered to each lodge, so you pay for what you use at the agreed rate.
Typically 10% of the price.
Included in the purchase fee is fully furnished lodge and decking.
